"I started training with Mukta back in 2021 and have been continuing to do so intermittently since then. I’ve had a few short and some extended breaks in my training with her due to injuries I sustained for which I need PT.
Mukta is a very positive, happy, cheerful and energizing trainer who always has the “can do” mindset to training. She believes in taking small but sustainable steps towards fitness, food and diet, to improve the health of her clients. She is very disciplined and would always communicate in a timely manner, and was never late to any of our appointments - a quality that shows her commitment to her clients. She would also always come with a prepared workout plan to each of our sessions and check and correct my form if I was not doing any exercise right. She also would explain the dos and don’ts of every exercise and exactly which muscle groups it targets. On the days that we met, she was filled with positive energy and life and it was so wonderful and refreshing to see and experience that for an hour! On the days between sessions when I needed to exercise on my own, she was always available via text or a quick FaceTime call to check my form or answer any questions that I had. Having this kind of invaluable support and timely help was critical to me as I struggled to maintain the discipline to exercise everyday for various reasons. She would send me a positive thought, quote or words of encouragement, throughout the week every time I sent her my stats. for the day. I have always loved that about her approach to training and building that mindset in me every day. In this day and age when everything is all about time and making money, Mukta takes a very different approach to building long-lasting relationships with her clients.
Even when I had to take some breaks from physical training, Mukta always checked in with me to see how I was doing and the progress I was making in spite of her very busy schedule. Even if I didn’t communicate with her, she would always check in regularly. To me, she is the Wonder Woman of physical training!
I highly recommend Mukta to anyone looking to make lifestyle changes for the better and is wanting to live a healthier and more fulfilling life. She is a rare gem in our midst!"
